User Agreement

This User Agreement sets the ground rules between you and Miravento when you use miravento.win — what you may do with our guides, what we ask in return, and how the relationship ends. It works together with our Terms of Service; where the two differ, the Terms of Service control.

Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Applies to miravento.win

1. Who May Use Miravento

You may use Miravento if you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) and capable of forming a binding agreement. The Service is offered worldwide; our career guides, rankings, and salary benchmarks are written in English and anchored primarily to U.S. public data sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

2. What You May Do

  • Read, bookmark, print, and share links to any guide, ranking, or benchmark for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.
  • Use our guides in classrooms, syllabi, workshops, and internal team discussions where access is not sold.
  • Send us corrections, suggestions, and methodology questions — we read everything.

3. What You May Not Do

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site by automated means that impose unreasonable load.
  • Use Miravento content to train machine-learning models or build derivative databases without a written license.
  • Republish complete guides, or substantial portions of the library, in any medium without permission.
  • Interfere with the site's infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass access controls.
  • Use the Miravento name, logo, or visual identity to imply endorsement of any product, course, bootcamp, or service.
  • Misrepresent our statistics — wage figures and growth projections must always be attributed with their reference period and source.

4. Content You Send Us

You retain ownership of anything you write to us. You grant Miravento a non-exclusive right to read, retain, and act on it — including using the substance of a correction to improve a guide. We will not publish your name, employer, or identifying details without your consent. Do not send us confidential information belonging to others, or anything unlawful.

5. Advertising and Sponsorship

Miravento may display advertising, including ads served by Google and other third-party networks. Advertising never determines our rankings, scores, or recommendations — editorial judgments are made independently of any advertiser. Advertisements are visually distinguished from editorial content, and we do not accept payment for favorable coverage.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update content, reorganize sections, or withdraw guides at any time. Miravento does not operate user accounts, so there is nothing to close — you may simply stop using the site. We may block access from addresses or networks engaged in abusive scraping, attacks, or unauthorized republication, without prior notice.

We may revise this Agreement from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law

Your use of the Service is at your own risk; content is provided "as is" for educational reference. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miravento's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., and resolved as described in Sections 11–12 of our Terms of Service — informal resolution first, then the Delaware courts.
