Terms of Service

Welcome to Miravento. These Terms govern your access to and use of miravento.win — an independent encyclopedia of emerging work skills and technical careers — and form a binding agreement between you and Miravento.

Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Applies to miravento.win

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of Miravento (the "Service") — including our career guides, field analyses, skill index, rankings, and salary benchmarks — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, User Agreement, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Continued use of the Service after we post a revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, as described in Section 9.

2. The Service We Provide

Miravento publishes original, source-backed educational reference material: structured career guides, field-level market analyses, skill demand statistics, comparative rankings, and salary benchmarks drawn from public sources such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the World Economic Forum, and the Stanford HAI AI Index.

The Service is informational and educational only. Nothing on Miravento constitutes career counseling, legal, financial, immigration, or investment advice, and no professional relationship is formed by your use of the site. We may add, update, reorganize, or withdraw content at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that any guide, figure, or feature will remain available.

3. User Rules and Responsibilities

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial reading and research, subject to these Terms. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.

You agree that you will NOT: (a) scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its content by automated means that impose unreasonable load; (b) use Miravento content to train machine-learning models or populate derivative databases without a written license; (c) republish complete guides or substantial portions of the library, online or in print, without permission; (d) interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when corresponding with us; (f) use the Miravento name, logo, or visual identity to imply endorsement of any product, course, or service; or (g) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

If you send us corrections, suggestions, or other material, you are responsible for its legality and accuracy. You retain ownership of what you write, and you grant us permission to read, retain, and act on it — including using the substance of a correction to improve our guides. We will not publish your name or identifying details without your consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content — including all editorial text, page structures, rankings methodology, compiled data presentations, visual design, and the Miravento name and logo — are and will remain the exclusive property of Miravento and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page, and you may reference our guides in classrooms, syllabi, and internal team discussions where access is not sold. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent.

Third-party marks, statistics, and publications cited in our guides — including BLS, WEF, Stanford HAI, and Stack Overflow material — remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for citation and verification purposes.

5. Third-Party Links and Cited Sources

Our pages link to third-party websites and services — government statistics portals, research institutions, documentation, and training resources — that are not owned or controlled by Miravento. A link is a citation or a pointer for further reading, not an endorsement.

We assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, availability, or practices of any third-party site. When you follow an external link, that site's own terms and policies apply from the moment you arrive.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Labor-market statistics, wage medians, and growth projections describe populations and past measurement periods — not individuals, and not the future. Rapidly evolving fields may outdate specific tools or figures between our review cycles. See our Disclaimer for a full statement of these limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAVENTO AND ITS EDITORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, INCOME, OR OPPORTUNITIES — RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted, and in any event shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) in the aggregate.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miravento and its editors and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect, for example by posting a notice on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. What constitutes a material change is at our reasonable discretion.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination of Access

Miravento does not operate user accounts, so there is no account to close — you may stop using the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of any correspondence you have sent us by writing to the address in Section 13.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms — for example, by blocking addresses or networks engaged in abusive scraping, disruption attempts, or unauthorized republication. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

Most concerns can be resolved informally. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 13 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Describe the issue, the page concerned, and the outcome you seek; we will respond in good faith.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts specified in Section 12, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. YOU AND MIRAVENTO EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Claims must be brought individually and within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or they are permanently barred.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Subject to the informal-resolution step in Section 11, the state and federal courts located in Delaware, U.S.A. shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, and both you and Miravento consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you non-waivable rights or a different forum, those statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Entire Agreement, Severability, and Contact

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, User Agreement, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Miravento regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
